Every month, AmCham Indonesia hosts a networking event to help members expand their business contacts, make new friends, share updates on the latest issues in the business world in an informal way, and, of course, enjoy the food at a stunning venue in the central business area.
The seventh networking of the year was held on August 23 in collaboration with BritCham Indonesia, the Embassy of Brazil in Jakarta, the Embassy of Ecuador in Jakarta, the Embassy of Panama in Jakarta, the Indonesia Canada Chamber of Commerce, and Invest & Export Brasil.
“I hope in the future for all the chambers of commerce to have friendship, union, great trade in Indonesia and working alongside them and toasts!” said Dureshawar Lobatto from Team Kreatif Asia in opening remarks greeted by cheers and the clinking of glasses with all chamber and embassy representatives, as well as other guests in the room.

The night could not have been fruitful and fun without the support of the Bengawan Restaurant located on the 7th floor of Keraton at The Plaza, A Luxury Collection Hotel in Jakarta, giving us an elegant atmosphere and a delicious selection of food – highlights included a chocolate fountain and jostle-inspiring mini-wagyu burgers with pickled ginger.
Guests also enjoyed the great outside terrace where they could relax and network in the open air. “This is great, this is an amazing event!” said Aditiya Harjon from Sampoerna University, who joined the event for the first time.
